• 1st line support working with employees and third parties to resolve technical issues.
• Recommending optimum solutions to fix technical issues.
• Daily booking of failure checks and remedial action taken.
• Analysis, replication and ownership of issues through to testing if a fix was required.
• Providing 1st line support for new XML customer integrations, testing and certification.
• Providing 1st line support for new XML supplier connections and testing the new integrations priorto releasing live credentials.
• Updating testing and integration documentation.
• Logging and keeping records of third party/ employee queries.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Support helpdesk experience – Jira and Jira Service Desk ideal.
• Experience with, or some understanding of, XML.
• Previous testing experience.
• Hardware and application support experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook).
• Great team spirit.
