You’ll be responsible of:
Delivery of classroom training on primary core skills and statutory programs at various locations to develop relevant knowledge, skills and competencies;
Providing advice and facilitation of the efficient transfer of learning back to work;
Keeping core L&D programs up-to-date to ensure contents and format remain relevant and effective, meeting the changing needs of the business and those of individual learners;
Design and expanding of training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs;
Evaluation of training programs using the Kirkpatrick evaluation methodology;
Providing support to line managers and trainers in order to solve specific training tasks, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups;
Strong skills in training need analysis structured process
Excellent training facilitation skills;
Excellent design training skills;
Ability to deliver credible programs to management audiences;
Ability to design learning interventions and programs based on specific needs using the training cycle;
Excellent communication skills and a transparent and open approach;
Ability to learn quickly and to view change as a natural progression;
Graduate(degree or equivalent);
Relevant training & development experience (2-3 years);
Relevant certifications (internal & external) could be a plus
Excellent English proficiency, computer literacy (MS Office);
Driving license, availability to travel outside the city;
