In order to support our controlling department in Codlea/Romania we are looking for specialists who can meet the challenges of our international markets with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use the chance to develop an attractive workplace by becoming a member of our team in Codlea!
Mission:
- Providing of an in-time and proper controlling of the field of responsability in cooperation with the head office in Germany
- Support of the project controller in the head office in Germany
- Supervision of the development projects in SAP and periodical variance analysis and providing of information to the project manager
- Independently preparing and generating the financial reporting
-Yearly budgeting of all relevant cost centers in cooperation with the cost center managers on the basis of the strategic planning; additional budgeting of the investments and headcount
- Two times a year forecasting of the relevant cost centers and investments to validate the prior budgeting and to recognize variances and define improvement measures where required
- Involved in processing the monthly personnel controlling including Budget vs. Actual analysis
- Prepare documentations for Management-Reporting and Management-Decisions
- Regular reporting to corporate headquarters as well as continuous counseling of the local management
- Continuous development of all processes, structures and controlling-tools according to internal corporate standards
Profile:
- Degree in economics, focus on controlling and/or accounting
- At least 3 years controlling experience (if possible automotive)
- Good MS Office-skills, ideally in SAP ProCos, CO, Fi
- Experience in international accounting standards
- Distinct analytical skills, an extroverted personality with good communication skills
- Fluent Romanian and very good knowledge of English and/or German language
