For our office in Romania we are looking for a Bulgarian and English speaking professional based in Constanta area, in order to keep contacts on remote with the main local stakeholders such as advisors, banks, contractors, operators and utilities in Bulgaria.
The job position involves the performance of a variety of support duties for the coordination of our wind farms in Kavarna area (Bulgaria).
- Preparing correspondence, spreadsheets, reports, minutes, memoranda and other documents in Bulgarian and English language
- Keeping record of contracts in force
- Undertaking research, conducting analysis and compiling data as directed
- Assisting in the preparation of budgetary estimates by obtaining relevant financial and other input data
- Reviewing and screening incoming correspondence, making preliminary assessment of its importance, handling some personally or forwarding to team members
- Reporting to business operation manager
- Other duties, depending on assignment
Skills
- ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in Bulgarian and English languages
- considerable knowledge of office practices and procedures
- basic knowledge of Bulgarian accounting principles
- basic knowledge of business operation principles and techniques
- ability to develop creative strategies and solutions to accomplish objectives
- ability to work as part of a team
Training/Experience
The candidate is required a minimum training and/or experience in business operation, accounting or finance.
