- Coordinates all activities at store level in order to ensure permanent on shelf availability of all listed products, checking the respectation of correct stock rotation;
- Coordinates & coaches the outsourced Merchandisers Modern Trade in assigned stores;
- Ensures perfect implementation of promotions in store;
- Verify the respectation of contractual counterparts and take necessary measures to urgently correct deficiencies;
- Reports regularly to Key Account Manager in charge of customers all the opportunities discovered at store level and any problem that occurs that cannot be solved by him immediately ;
- Is proactively seeking for opportunities in store that can contribute to business development and is taking immediate actions after getting the approvals from KAM and store representative;
- Elaborates all reports requested by Modern Trade Manager respecting the dead-lines;
- Monitors and reports all competitors activities in stores;
- Respects and complies with internal rules of the customers related to stores;
- Maintains and develops a very good professional relationship with decision makers from the stores;
- University degree or in progress.
- Relevant sales experience in FMCG.
- Very good interpersonal skills & good communication skills;
- Good analytical and numerical skills;
- Initiative, action oriented;
- Proactive; Result-oriented;
- Abilities to coordinate & monitor;
- Coaching abilities.
- MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point.
- English language, good level, both written and spoken.
