Designing, developing or executing the design decisions of the company and taking charge of the visual look of the store and its merchandise.
Executing merchandising strategies by creating and maintaining visual displays in the store windows and on the sales floor, in order to stimulate sales activity
Handling merchandise, replenishment, and inventory control efforts
Contributing to the advertising, marketing, and sales efforts
Ensuring that the image and style of the company is projected at all times.
Proactive participation in inventory management functions
Training staff about design concepts, visual display standards, and the proper maintenance of the overall visual display, while providing feedback and recognition to motivate other members of the store
3 years experience in a related field (clothing)
Excellent marketing, retail and sales skills
Fluency in English
Positive attitude, great enthusiasm and unmatched work flexibility
Willingness to work in varying shifts and extended store hours
Leadership and interpersonal skills
University Degree.
