- Coordination of Additional Fabrication activities;
- People supervision and mentoring;
- Process planning;
- Norming;
- Costing;
- Investments – designing and selecting optimal equipment;
- Discussing and solving complex problems with sub-contractors, suppliers and customers.
Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, the largest Aluminium smelter company in Central and Eastern Europe, for an Aluminium Fabrication Coordinator in Slatina.
Candidate profile:
- High level of technical knowledge and practice in machining of Aluminium Extruded profiles ;
- Drive, self-motivated, eager for professional challenges;
- Creativity and process planning ability;
- Continuous development oriented, up to date with the newest technologies in the field;
- Ability to work under strict deadlines;
- Decision making;
- Quality and service oriented;
- Team working and coordination skills;
- Project management;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- English language – medium to advanced level.
