Group Leader for Software Development Team in Craiova Craiova , South Romania

Job responsibilities: For our fast growing Technical Center in Craiova, we are looking for a Group Leader in order to build-up and guide the Software department into a successful future. Besides the strategic elements,  your main challenges will be to grow the people and their competencies and to foster the collaboration with our global development partners and the local production site; Resource Management related tasks like driving the evaluation; target setting and hiring process are naturally included; As Group Leader you are part of the local management team and contributing to the overall Technical Center direction; Your team will be staffed with Team Leaders supporting you in achieving your targets.  

Job competence and skills: In order to be successful in this role you need: More than 5 years in Team Management or Project Management experience is essential; Software development background; Financial Management basics; Product engineering process experience would be an advantage; Embedded or Automotive experience would be an advantage; Leadership skills; Strong communication and presentation skills; Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
