Adecco is recruiting for one of its clients, a leading global automotive company specialized in the manufacture and marketing of systems and components for the automotive industry. The Company employs approximately 16,000 people globally with more than 70 facilities throughout the world. To the company’s site plant in Craiova we are looking for candidates on the position of HR Coordinator.
Main responsibilities:
Supervision of payroll calculation and personnel administration processes
Assuring that the company operates in accordance with the labour law regulations, quality and environmental management system requirements, internal control principles
Defining, implementing, optimising and modifying strategies, processes and projects in HR area (employment, employee induction, communication, incentive programmes, internal and external personal marketing, etc.) in accordance with changing company needs
Responsibility for optimising operational and business indicators in the HR area, in particular concerning: the employment level, employee absenteeism rate, fluctuation – defining and implementing action plans
Responsibility for creating a positive climate in the company
Requirements:
University degree (preferred specialization: human resources management)
Minimum 4 years of work experience related to human resources management area
Very good knowledge of HR standards and tools is required
Knowledge of international organisation work standards
Automotive industry experience would be an asset
Team management experience
Knowledge of labour law
Good level of English language
