ArenaJobs is searching for candidates for a position of HR COORDINATOR for a multinational company active in the automotive sector, operating in Romania with two production units both in the Oltenia region and having more than 2.000 employees in total.
This is a middle management position reporting to the HR VicePresident (an expatriate based in Romania).
The incumbent will have at least two years of relevant experience as a HR manager or HR coordinator in a PRODUCTION COMPANY with at least 300 employees. Due to the specifics of the job, we will not take into consideration applicants with experience in commercial or service companies and/or candidates with a background in HR-related suppliers.
Strong preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in INDUSTRIAL RELATIONSHIPS (dealing with the Unions).
The incumbent must be either based in Craiova or in the Oltenia region, or (s)he must be willing to relocate.
Fluency in English – mandatory, some knowledge of Italian – preferred.
