As HR Generalist based in Cummins Craiova, you will report to the HR Manager and work within the HR team, supporting Area Managers and their peer group in order to drive cultural change, create a high performance, promote a healthy, inclusive working environment and ensure key objectives of the business are achieved.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assists the site HR Manager in order to develop, administer and implement HR strategies, policies and process which impact fabrication area
• Assists HR Manager in preparing the CLA annual negotiation with inputs from fabrication area
• Assists HR in preparing the company view and participation at national paritar committee
• Supports the dialogue with the social partners and gives feedback on aspects regarding fabrication
• Contributes to the organizational development, to the identification of headcount and competences needs within fabrication area
• Participates in succession planning process for fabrication area along with HR manager
• Assures good deployment of the annual assessment process for fabrication area
• Assists training needs identification process within fabrication
• Supports HR Specialist in deploying the intangible recognition process
• Initiates and/or supports different action for increasing the level of satisfaction within fabrication area
• Encourages the improvement of work condition and promotes safety policy
• Supports the HR specialist in implementing the integration and on boarding process
• Supports HR Officer in following up the headcount evolution
• Assures interface with CBS Payroll regarding time & attendance for fabrication area
• Supports the HR Manager in managing the Compensation & Benefit policy within fabrication area
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• University Degree
• Post university Degree in Human Resources
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Certified as personnel inspector preferred
• Experience in a similar position
• Romanian language at a native level
• Fluency in English, verbal and written
