• Overall direction and supervision in key functional areas of human resources for the plant
• Actively partner with department and international teams to establish, implement and monitor short term and long term objectives for driving business results. Align HR and business strategy.
• Contributes to the workforce planning process and develops operating initiatives that support organizational objectives.
• Oversee and expertise on performance management, talent acquisition, development, and retention.
• Set up and monitors training and personnel development programs according to the business needs.
• Drive change initiatives and organizational effectiveness.
• Build credibility and effective working relationships with managers and employees; driving positive employee relations, including coaching of leaders.
• Interprets, executes, implement and/or develops policies and procedures.
• Monitors and ensure on-going compliance with appropriate legal requirements. Supervises the payroll.
• Ensure a high performing HR team. Establishes individual performance goals and reviews performance against those goals.
Requirements:
- University degree (Business Administration, Human Resources or related field)
- Minimum 3 years of HR Management Experience
- Experience in Automotive field
- Fluent in English
- Communicative person, mature, strong personality
