RESPONSABILITATI

The HR Department of Ubisoft is looking for an HR & Operations Coordinator with a broad knowledge base, able to handle a multitude of tasks and pay an important role in the ongoing development of the company. You will bring a strategic approach to the HR activities, provide alignment of HR and other support operations from our Craiova studio with the ones from Bucharest.





Your tasks

As a member of UBISOFT’s HR department, you will report to our HR Country Director and will have the following tasks:

Coordinating together with the Production Management the staffing and the recruitment process
Propose actions to increase the efficiency of the overall structure in the studio
Follow-up on the Appraisal process identifying ways of optimizing it
Proposing and obtaining approval for wages modifications/new salary structure
Coordinating international mobility
Create an action plan to increase employee motivation based on the report following the exit interviews.
Participating to local events representing the company
Crisis management in extreme situations
Propose new initiatives to maintain a good organizational climate in the studio
Ensuring a positive employer branding on the Craiova employment market, by creating a strategy plan and identifying new means and tools for externalrecruitment,employee engagementandemployee retention.
Make sure that all activities related to Cost Control, Accounting and Legal departments are correlated and correctly implemented.


CERINTE

Essential skills



University degree in Human Resources, Business or related field of study
Strong HR generalist experience - minimum 3 years (preferably within an IT background)
Experience managing and continuously improving HR process in order to support business objectives
Excellent command of English
MS Office proficiency
Knowledge of the Romanian labor law
Organizing and planning skills
Strong coaching, counseling, negotiating and conflict management skills
