- Plan, organize and control the delivery operations for parts of series, as well as spare parts for service;
- Check daily customer orders and monitor the stocks to prepare delivery;
- Tracks material stocks end / sub-assemblies / raw material to ensure proper operations;
- Maintenance Bill of Materials in SAP according to engineering plan: materials component, consumption, type of material used, scrap percentage;
- Provides creating and executing of orders to suppliers through daily MRP activities
- Manages stocks and delivery on time; loading and transferring goods; documents registration and data input into the system on the spare / series parts;
- Plans constantly all warehouse resources and activities in compliance with plantâs objectives;
- Permanent contact with the customer, asks for additional information and informs on any changes;
- Follows performance customer deliveries.

What is inside you:
- Technical / economical university degree
- Proven delivery experience
- Preferably two years experience in automotive
- Knowledge: SAP (mandatory) , Office â MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- English â written and spoken â advanced level
- Organizational and analytical capacity.
