Software Quality Engineer, Craiova location Craiova , South Romania

Your Responsibilities In this role, you will be working within Hella Design and Development Center, Craiova location You will prepare and maintain software quality assurance activities; You will use existing methods and processes to increase confidence in quality level of product; You will assure that the organization processes are used in SW development projects; You will perform reviews of processes and work products and releasing corresponding software as HELLA processes required; You will monitor and report regularly quality status within the project to the management and development teams; You will initiate and define corrective actions in case of deviations and follow them until closure; You will escalate of deviations and risks which cannot be solved at project; You train and support the project team and organization on software quality topics and HELLA processes; You will support the project team for internal/external (customer) assessments or audits; You will contributes to process definition and process improvement.  

Your Competences You will have successfully completed a course of studies in Informatics, Automation, Robotics, Electromechanically, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering. You will have basic knowledge of C programming; Your knowledge of software development process and quality assurance activities will be an advantage; Your knowledge with quality standards (ISO/IEC 15504, Automotive SPICE) will be a plus; Your knowledge of process models (V-cycle) will be a plus; You have a good level of working English; Your proactive attitude, problem solving, and strong communication skills makes you the perfect candidate;
