Software Quality Engineer for Software Development Department - Craiova location Craiova , South Romania

Your Responsibilities You will be working within Hella Romania Design and Development Center from Craiova. Your duties are challenging and varied. You will analyze complex technical customer requirements and ensure their implementation within the development process. You will also ensure the implementation and application of existing quality tools and methods within the development process. Planning and defining test strategies, planning respective testing capacities in the respective testing laboratories will be your duty. You will coordinate initial samples inspections for the customer, prepare the initial sample inspection report according to customer requirements and present the initial samples for customer approval. You will draw up and arrange for the necessary corrective measures in the event of quality-related deviations in cooperation with the project team and you will monitor the implementation.  You will monitor and document in cooperation with those responsible for Q-product, customer and Q-planner. You will perform regular project audits, process, technical and documentation reviews. You will also process complaints before SOP and working out remedial measures in cooperation with those responsible. And you will ensure implementation and monitor of procedures related key performance indicators.  

Your Competences Your profile is as varied as your new duties. You will have successfully completed a course of studies in Informatics, Automation, Robotics, Electromechanically, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering. You have at least three years professional experience in this domain. You have knowledge of quality management. You have also knowledge of software development (C/C++). You have working experience with processes and ISO/IEC standards: ISO 9899:1999 – C programming language; ISO 15504 (Automotive SPICE) and IEC 61508. You have a thorough knowledge of MS Office tools as Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, MS Project. Your command of English is excellent and German would be an advantage. Ideally, you have basic knowledge of microcontrollers, Visual Basic and VBA. Also, would be an advantage if you have project management experience.
