Testing Engineer - Curtea de Arges
Main Responsibilities:
Participate in projects from the development phase to the production phase (prototype preserie);
Performs measurements for validation of the initial samples and makes the verification reports;
Put in place the necessary measures following the results obtained;
Performs tests to obtain relevant test certificates;
Supervise metrology in his area of responsibility;
Collaborate closely with internal departments involved in the development process;
Make plans to check product in accordance with the technical specifications;
Able to understand the information provided by the drawings. Able to use media / measurement devices;
Develop testing strategy based on product test specifications issued by the engineer;
Analyzes carefully concepts and makes proposals for improvements;
Performs tests on individual components or complete products according internal procedures;
Update internal procedures according with the requirements of the international norms;
Prepares testing reports and discuss their results with the responsible from the company;
Defines time schedule for performing the tests;
Proposes improvements of the products.
Knowledge and skills:
Graduate a Technical University (mechanical, electronic, mechatronics);
Minim 1 year experience in a similar position;
Knowledge of fluid dynamics and material resistance;
Self-motivated and well organized;
Good English skills;
Able to work independently and efficiently
Very good skills in working with Microsoft Office;
Willing to travel (maximum 25% of the time).
