Well- known wire harness& optical fiber producer for automotive sector is hiring a new specialist within Logistic department, as Customer Orders Planner.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Communicates directly with the customer, using all available communication means;
- Keeps tracking of all orders received from the customer, inside production;
- Analyzing and processing the orders from the customers;
- Organizing and tracking the finished goods transportation to the customer;
- Communicating efficiently with the production area;
- Preparing all required documentation and procedures according to given situations;
- Reacts to both internal and external stimuli in order to prevent critical situations;
- Improves the logistics processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Superior Studies (Bachelor’s Degree) – required;
- Minimum work experience of 1 year required;
- Experience in automotive – advantage;
- Very good knowledge of Office Pack (focus on Excel, PPT) – required;
- English language- required, an advanced level (spoken, written, understanding);
- Exhibit capability for time management;
- Enthusiasm and drive to be able to focus;
- Proven capability for handling large, continuous tasks, and also fast, immediate solution tasks.
