- Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for customers
- Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
- Assessing bar customers needs and preferences and making recommendations
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Experience in a similar role in a lounge/bar with a reputation for the beverage offerings, cocktails
- Confident to engage with guests and ability to communicate and close sales
- Good knowledge and strong foundation in specifics related to beverage and necessary pairing with the food on offer
- Competence to communicate with guests and be able to showcase the product & services
- Credibility to manage the guest jourdeny and build raving fans
- Amiable personality, positive attitude and poise
- Worked in a busy environment
- Very good level of English
