Primary responsibility is to serve the Pour Homme Gent's Salon guests and clients and perform all forms of barbering work and assist the supervisor and assistant manager as needed. They need to possess excellent communication skills and speak eloquently.
Perform cosmetology and barbering services Welcome and assist clients as needed
Maintain quality service
Review client questionnaires prior to performing service
Recommend home care/retail during and or after each treatment and use the prescription card to stimulate retail sales
One to two year minimum of cosmetology and barbering experience is required. Customer service and sales experience is recommended.
Must have good listening skills and a willingness to learn
