Teaching Davines classes to highest standards
Maintenance of up to date master notebooks issued by Davines
Organization of support material from Dubai/Davines
Plan, coordinate and conduct Master Trainer visits
Observation of Davines materials such as DVDs, CD,,video tapes and other presentation and training materials
Preparation of classrooms and maintenance of professional standards
On going promotion of education classes to current and potential customers
Constant attention to students/customers needs
Offsite training as appropriate
Davines training in Salons
Operate an effective class calendar throughout the year
Liaise with Education manager at Corporate school for education strategy
Attend training in Corporate school
A high school diploma and professional qualification/certification in hair care from a recognized institution
Minimum 3 years experience in hair care industry
Experience in sales and market management
Teaching, training or presentation experience preferable
Fixed salary and commission
Vacation: 30 calendar days/year
