- responsible for overall coordination and execution of the hotel's Fire Life Safety program in accordance to the company policies, standards and procedures;
- you will develop Fire Life Safety, Risk Assessment, Emergency and Disaster plans in compliance with the local Government and Law Enforcement Agencies;
- you will compile, analyze, conduct and summarize monthly training activities and accident prevention results into a report;
- you will coordinate and assist all heads of the department in developing a safe operating environment for colleagues and guests;
- you will be managing a team of outsourced security officers maintaining the safety and security of the hotel premises as well as in the staff housing;
- you will ensure all patrolling, inspections and escort duties are performed with a high standard and coordinate with the local police in crimes, incident handling, security for VIP arrivals and hotel events such as beach parties by preparing security and safety plans for specific events.
- As an ideal candidate for this position, you should have strong background in Safety and Risk Management;
- You should be operationally oriented with strong emphasis on facility management, demonstrated leadership abilities with a team oriented approach and exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and orally;
- A college degree in risk management or related field is preferred and you should have gained experience for at least 3 years in the similar role from a reputable company.
