We are recruiting for one of our client, a well known retailer in France, the best candidates for the position of:
WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE SUPERVISOR (PRODUCTION) - LOGISTIC PLATFORM IN FRANCE
RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise with procurement, logistics, planning, stock control and sales teams to ensure the ongoing efficiency of the site operation
Supervising a team of production warehouse workers ensuring that:
- operational and warehouse activities are completed accurately, concisely and to the required standards of quality, legality and safety
- the activities of the warehouse production unit is processing the supply and orders output within the agreed standards of time and quality
- the activities of unloading and loading of lorries and containers, picking mixed orders, preparing pallets for despatch, checking off drivers delivery notes and putting stock away in bin locations, are effective
With a strong work ethic, you will have the ability to establish and maintain working relationships with others and understand the importance of complying with Health & Safety procedures and reporting risks. A good standard of numeracy and literacy is essential, IT skills would be advantageous.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Very good level of French language, you will be working in France
- Previous experience within a warehouse or packhouse environment in a FMCG supervisory capacity is essential.
- Strong Leadership qualities
- Very dynamic personality, ability to adapt easily to a fast paced environment.
