Position name: "Pharmaceutical Production Team Leader"
Place of work: Dreiech (Hessen Land, near Frankfurt am Maine - 12Km), Germany
Tasks involved in this position
- lead, coordinate and assign daily operation tasks
- provide coaching and training on technical aspects of the job, best practices and compliance
- provide data summarizing schedule status
- responsible for the safe, efficient, and routine manufacturing of plasma products.
- cover all aspects of production by interfacing with highly automated production systems SPS
- perform equipment change-over, set-up, and cleaning for manufacturing processes
- ensures a clean, safe workplace and quality production of plasma products adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices – GMP
- perform daily tasks in a clean room environment
- process aseptic techniques
- input data into and navigate automated control systems
- initiate and monitor equipment cycles
- troubleshoot basic mechanical operations/equipment in support of manufacturing unit operations
- record GMP data on controlled documentation accurately, precisely, contemporaneously
Type of contract: Permanent contract with 6 months of probation period
Working time: 12 hour shifts / days and nights
Candidate requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Pharmacy or Biochemistry
German language - intermediate B1
English language - intermediate B1
Work Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ prior working experience in a manufacturing Pharmaceutical Industry on supervisory position
General knowledge of clean room practices and familiarity with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Practical knowledge of SAP software
