About the job:
Initiation and review of quality predictive measures from our suppliers;
Participation in the definition of test procedures and approval of manufacturing processes with our suppliers;
Managing Supplier APQP;
Planning and execution of supplier audits, MPA;
Planning Supplier Line qualification & Run @ Rate;
Handling complaints of purchased parts;
Project staff in the wake of new projects for electronic and mechatronic components (FMEA & Control Plan reviews, default drawing important details, definition of test characteristics);
Ability to review and approve Supplier PPAPs;
Ensure implementation of CCs & SCs at Supplier per PFMEA/Control Plan;
Ensure Cpk, MSA requirements are met;
Setting, reviewing and tracking of corrective actions;
Evaluation of suppliers as part of our quality management system.
Technical university degree as engineer (TH / FH) Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineers or alternative degree with at least 3 years of professional experience;
Subject-specific knowledge in the field of mechatronics;
Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes such as SMD/Wave Soldering, ICT & EOL Test Techniques;
Excellent technical and analytical skills;
Fluent in English. German language represents an advantage;
Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills;
Willingness to relocate in Germany.
