• Global Roll Out Coordination of SAP-Tool „Accounts Payable Monitor“ at all locations according to project management standards
o Lead workshops and conduct training, support test phases and Go Live, project communication, escalation management
• Project planning -controlling and coordination referred to timeline, quality and costs
• evaluation of customer requirements for further development of „Accounts Payable Monitor“
• cooperation with involved parties FIN, IT, sales and central department C/FIA
• project lead will be located in Germany, Magdeburg at least for six month
• degree of economics or Business informatics
• Fluent spoken and written German and English
• Significant experience in project management
• Customer-oriented and efficient communication /negotiation skills
• readiness to travel worldwide
• Significant experience in accounts payable proccesses
• Stronge sence of responsibility and assertiveness
• initiative, enthusiasm and flexibility
