The Group has about 44,000 employees and is NASDAQ listed. As the “Hybris platform owner” you a part of a team of approximately 10 members, consisting of project managers, architects and developers. Overview Our client is using Hybris as the Product Information Management platform and as the core solution when evolving into the next level of e-retailing. If you are Business Analyst, with good technical know-how of Hybris, service minded with get-it-done attitude – we want you! As a Business Analyst you will own the platform from a Functional perspective, be able to solutionize, support to projects on Best-practices, ensure quality on Backlog and help drive QA. In this position you will work with an international team reporting to the Digital Asset Manager.
This position can be based in Ismaning (Munich), Germany or Götebörg, Sweden. Main Tasks: • Drive pre-studies and breakdown of business requirements to develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources • Work with the IT Architects and other planners to assess current capabilities and identify high-level business requirements • Participate in breakdown of business demand into high-level requirements on ITsolutions • Conduct workshops or key meetings for business requirements capture and as-is analysis • Support Projects on best-practices and act as an advisor. • Proactively identify strengths and weakness and suggest areas of improvement along with possible solutions according to customer and user requirements, their strategies and their goals. • Develop business cases and support the prioritization process • Review and edit requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution • Work with the project manager, architects, and other developers to define metrics and performance goals for the solution • Manage transitioning of requirements and use cases to the designers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the solution specification
• University degree in Information Technology, Systems/Computer Systems Science or similar education
• Minimum 6 years’ experience with PIM and eCommerce/eRetailing and minimum 4 years of Hybris experience
• Hybris Business Analyst Certificate is an advantage • Experience in driving technological pre-studies, managing small teams if necessary
• Experience of analyzing and breaking down problems and information using a structured approach
• Ability to work in global environment across multiple business needs
• Ability to handle ambiguity and concurrency, quickly shifting from one situation or task to another
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with senior stakeholders
• Highly capable of transferring knowledge to existing business and IT staff
• Fluent English is required, German language is a plus
• Willingness to travel
• Consultant or Agency background is a plus
