About the job:
Develop and initiate standards, methods, forms & instructions for performing SW Quality Audits, Non-Conformance Tracking, & KPI reporting;
Perform Software Quality Audits and identify Non-Conformances;
Track Non-Conformances and drive to closure;
Perform SW Delivery Checks;
Ensure Project strictly adheres to Change Management & Configuration Management Procedure;
Ensure Software Product Development Process Compliance within Projects;
Act as Software Process Consultant within Development Team;
Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and publish monthly KPI reports to management.
Assist Teams with disciplined Problem resolution management.
Compile and write training material and conduct training sessions on SW quality control activities.
Direct interface with Engineering to ensure new product launches meet customer and industry standards.
Technical university degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering or related field.
5 years of experience or more in a Software Quality Assurance role or Software Engineering role preferably in the Automotive industry.
Strong Knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC V-Cycle) required.
Experience in Software Development Process required. Embedded Systems is a plus.
Knowledge of SPICE: ISO15504, CMMI and ISO: 26262 (Functional Safety) is a plus.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Fluent in English. German language represents an advantage;
Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills;
Willingness to relocate in Germany.
