The Purpose of the Job:
Coordination of service delivery to Pan-European energy users plus country Relationship Management role within the International Relationship Management Team.
This will involve coordinating different departments (Sales, Relationship Management, Operations, Carbon, Energy Management & Reporting, Trading Desk, Analytics and Strategy) in order to deliver services in a timely and effective way.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for account planning and service delivery.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure all services are being delivered in SLA and with agreed quality
- Coordinating with Relationship Managers
- Management of a single country account and ensure the conditions are set for an optimal service delivery and will liaise with the client as well as with the internal service delivery points.
- Deliver regular training updates on the markets of the assigned countries.
- Identify and implement new services and products
- Ensure Customer satisfactions and identify key changes necessary to improve the customer experience whilst optimizing cost to serve.
- Prepare and schedule review meetings with your clients to ensure status and performance of all services being delivered.
- Responsible for up- and cross-selling products and services within existing accounts
- Debtors management
· Business related degree or equivalent would be preferable.
· Fluent in expressing thoughts and commercial ideas.
· People and Project management experience – is a must
· Excellent commercial awareness including profit & loss understanding
· Able to identify complex client requirements and develop appropriate solutions, products and services.
· Organized person, confident working under pressure and toward deadlines.
· Multi-tasker able to delegate and pay attention to detail at the same time.
· Fluency in English.
