Ce activitati are un asistent servicii Telecom?
Preia apelurile telefonice in limba italiana de la Dealeri si ofera consultanta administrativa, tehnica si comerciala, transfera problemele tehnice catre grupuri competente superioare si efectueaza modificati necesare ale datelor clientilor la cererea acestora.


CERINTE

Pentru a lucra cu succes intr-un mediu dinamic vei avea nevoie de cateva abilitati esentiale.
Ne poti impresiona cu:
- nivel avansat ( scris si conversational) de limba ITALIANA
- cunostinte organizatorice si atentie la detalii
- excelente abilitati de comunicare
- orientare catre rezultate si client
- orientare spre calitate
- capacitate de lucru in echipa
- capacitate de furnizare a informatiilor intr-un timp limitat
- experienta anetrioara in Asistenta Inbound constituie un avantaj

- gestionarea satisfacatoare a cerintelor ( de natura administrativa, tehnica si comerciala) clientilor
- furnizarea de informatii, detalii corecte si punctuale cu privire la specificul solicitarii primite
- promovarea produsului si a pachetelor de beneficii in conformitate cu specificul campaniei
- respectarea conditiilor de desfasurare a fiecarei campanii
- centralizarea tuturor datelor obtinute in urma convorbitii telefonica cu clientul
- formare initiala si continua prin training-uri specializate
- posibilitatea de dezvoltare personala si profesionala prin acces la oportunitati interne, suport si feedback continuu din partea responsabililor directi prin intermediul sesiunilor de coaching si shadowing
