RESPONSABILITATI:
Asistarea clientului cu privire la solicitarile acestuia;
Furnizarea de solutii pentru problemele clientilor, in vederea satisfacerii cerintelor acestora;
Abilitatea de a comunica in mod eficient cu clientii pentru a rezolva orice problema intampinata de acestia;
Promoveaza o atitudine fata de clienti care sa permita castigarea interesului acestora prin tratarea cu profesionalism, politete si permanenta preocupare pentru gasirea unei solutii la necesitatile lor;a.
CERINTE:
Competente in operare PC – Windows si pachetul Microsoft Office;
Cunoasterea limbii Italiene la un nivel intermediar spre avansat;
Este preferabila experianta anterioara in domeniul de relatii cu clientii, sau call center, sau customer support.
