Adecco Human Resources is looking for its client, a multinational American company, a Business Inteligence/Planning Coordinator for the plant located in Iasi.
Main Responsibilities:
• Operational management (from preparation - data collection - to reporting to management - variances analysis)
• Interface sales, finance and operations regarding volumes discussions
• Consolidate the planning processes
• Support the implementation of Business Intelligence Tools (Qlik View, Business Object) for the Sales department
• Functional leader for the TAM (Total Addressable Market) Process in relationship with the Strategic Planning team
• Align reporting activity to facilitate consolidation activity
• On-demand reporting (volumes and revenues variances at all levels possible): monthly commercial forecast, organize calls with Finance & PC&L for updates regarding customer volumes; weekly customer volume variances; create variance analysis, SAP & Excel & SAP files, Excel large databases work, Access;
• Important IT Skills (Excel, Access, VBA, BI, SQL, Database management) – High level of excel ability is essential
• Good relationships management
• Planning process skills
• English spoken & written mandatory
