• Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
• Create reports in iReports, Excel, SQL queries.
Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Masters a plus;
• 2+ years of work experience in working with databases, html, or any related field;
• Preferably experience in supporting databases or high reporting; iReports experience is a plus.
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
• Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications;
• Good SQL database language querying skills;
• HTML/CSS skills;
• Strong proficiency in Excel;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• First class organizational skills;
• Good team player with positive “can do” attitude;
• Language skills: advanced ENGLISH (mandatory). French, German, Italian, Spanish are a plus
