-Answering phones and inputting information into an online data dispatch system
-Inputting journey details from E-mail bookings into an online data dispatch system
-Coordinating and dispatching jobs to drivers
-Booking appointments, liaising with clients and drivers and all associated tasks
- Operating the booking system effectively
-Dealing with customer queries
-Be able to handle the situation at all times and act accordingly
-Track all the available company drivers, verify the status of the sent jobs and maintain permanent phone connection with them
-guide the drivers if necessary, using Google Maps/Open Street orientation
-Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Good telephone manner with a clear voice
- Typing ability with accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous work experience in customer service is a plus
-Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
-Excellent time management
-Ability to work under own initiative - MUST have an 'eye' for detail
-Proficient in MS Office
-Persuasive and confident individual who can adapt to different circumstances
