◦Supervises assigned staff in the maintenance of buildings and grounds
◦Performs supervisory functions involving safety, security, or other facilities operations
◦Organizes, coordinates, and participates in the design, installation, repair, maintenance, movement, and storage of office furniture and equipment
◦Performs skilled trades work in the construction, repair, or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures
◦Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs
◦Responsible for developing budgets and long-range facilities plans based on company growth and future facilities needs
◦Obtains products and/or services from vendors by negotiating best price while considering product quality, vendor reliability and urgency of need
◦Studies market trends; interviews and recommends vendors
◦Solicits bids, analyzes quotes and selects or provides recommendation for vendor
◦Develops new supply sources when vendors and suppliers are inadequate
◦Resolves issues with vendors involving delivery, quality, invoicing, etc.
◦All other duties as assigned
We are looking for a Facilities Specialist for our office in Iasi.
Our future colleague will be in charge of a small facilities department and will be responsible for the procurement of goods and services
Requirements:
•3-4 years of experience in facilities
•Project management experience – desirable
•ISU certificates – desirable
•Advanced level of English
•Organized and detail orientated
•Microsoft Office Pack skills
•Team player and co-operant, but also able to work independently
•Pro-active and self-motivated
•Able to work towards deadlines
•Comfortable with direct client contact
Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time based on business needs
