Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions (P&L; Treasury, Cash flow estimation);
Active role in identifying of cost saving opportunities
New projects analysis from an economic and financial point of view;
Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget;
Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts;
Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures;
Direct financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements
Preparing regular budget reports and financial forecasts;
Leading month-end and year-end close process; preparing financial statements on time (cash flows, corporate internal reports etc.);
Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting;
Monitoring all accounting operations;
Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in an international company;
Practical knowledge of financial/accounting principles and procedures incorporating reporting and forecasting processes;
Thorough knowledge of general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process;
Finance/ Economics related degree will be an asset;
Advanced Excel Knowledge
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections;
Good communications skills;
Excellent organization and time management skills;
Strong attention to details, good understanding of business as well as financial issues;
Sound decision making skills;
Fluent in English;
Strong Accounting and Controlling background - 3-7 years of job experience.
