Adecco Human Resources is looking for its client, a multinational american company, the most preferred engineering provider for the auto components, a Finance Supervisor for the plant located in Iasi.
Responsibilities:
• • Develop and analyze Business Cases for Customer Quotations, Customer Change Requests and Manufacturing / Business opportunities for DDS Common Rail
• Update and analyze Business Cases for the Appropriation Requests and Gate Review process
• Executive communications for decision support
• Participate in monthly Product Team Meetings as the Financial representative
• Support CR Strategy by providing Financial information and analysis to the Business Team
• Continuous improvement of the business case development process
• Supervise team of financial analysts
• Special training of 6 months in UK/France/Luxembourg
• • Master’s degree (specialization in Finance) or MBA and/or Accounting or Finance undergraduate degree
• 5-7 years’ work experience in Corporate Finance or Accounting
• Supervisory experience
• Business oriented
• Capable to work in an international team environment
• Manages priorities and works well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical skills
• PC Skills - advanced (Excel and PowerPoint)
• English level - advanced
