• Support the design and ongoing management of robust reporting, analysis and governance processes of commercial aspects of specific global EPS contract
• Support creation and tracking of accurate customer proposals (Future State Designs) that achieve contractual requirements for both client and Xerox
• Support accuracy and performance of P&L
• Advisor, helper, facilitator for Service Delivery and Transition community
• Supports his/her manager in delivering their responsibilities and liaises with internal cross functional teams.
1. Assess profitability and savings potential of all end point state rationalisation proposals (i.e. creation of business case scenarios / financial forecasts).
2. Create and maintain accurate reporting and analysis of multiple aspects of global contract including (but not limited to):
a. Customer Guaranteed Savings modelling and control reporting
b. Global billing spend
c. PO utilisation
d. Forecasting (internal & client)
e. Performance to business case
f. Legacy device / Third party asset control & billing
3. Provide accurate customer facing reporting and analysis
4. Support Commercial Manager and Service Delivery team with effective P&L management, including cost base analysis, cost distribution, spend control and global invoicing reconciliation.
5. Support Commercial Manager & Service Delivery Managers in analysis and reporting against plans / target.
6. Provide clear and effective documentation and process guides to ensure regions understanding of and adherence to requirements of complex global contract.
Essential Experience:
1. Strong numeracy skills and financial acumen
2. Previous financial Planning and Analysis experience: Planning / budgeting experience
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Capable of working on own initiative, and ability to work across regions and functions.
5. Very high level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel
6. Fluent in English
