The role: Flexible Benefits Associate (HR Assistant)
Accountabilities
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers/colleagues
* Be proactive in identifying areas/processes where customer service could be improved.
* Ensure email responses drafted within SLAs and logged for Management Information (MI) reporting.
* Work with, and support, all members of the flexible benefits team in order to achieve business targets
* Plan and prioritize workload on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, supported by Senior Specialist/Team Leader
* Develop good working relationships with colleagues in other, associated areas of the business, with clients and with benefit providers to ensure all work items are processed effectively and efficiently
* Communicate openly with peers and line management, sharing best practice wherever possible.
* Answer helpline calls & employee emails effectively ensuring factually correct, with support from Senior Specialist where necessary.
* Actively participate in 1-2-1 and Team meetings.
* Ensure Financial Services Act (FSA) and IMD regulations/guidelines are adhered to at all times
* Deliver accurate and timely administration in all aspects of the role, inclusive of applying client data / processing of prospects / production of pin letters & confirmation statements / returned post / Ad hoc admin tasks
