The Purpose of the Job:
Working effectively within the European Relationship Management Teamsupporting the appointed (Strategic) Relationship Manager ((S) RM) to ensurethey develop and maintain client relationships with each customer within theirportfolio. Responsible for the day to day administration of the portfolio,ensuring all supporting paperwork and systems are correct and up to date at alltimes and assisting in tendering activities in line with client expectationsand current Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Duties & responsibilities:
Supporting the EU (Strategic) Relationship Managerwith their client portfolio in the following areas:
Providing day to day support for the client baseand liaising with the (S)RM to ensure that customers are servicedappropriately.
Organising the timely trading of utility servicesfor the clients.
Working continuously with your customer portfolioto identify and quantify their expectations in order to ensure that the deliveryof services exceeds their individual needs.
Ensuring that each customer is fully aware of theircommitments under the Accenture Customer Agreement.
Resolving customer queries: Working closelywith other teams, departments and external parties (particularly suppliers) toresolve client issues in line with the SLA. The speed of response andcompleteness of solution separates us from our competitors.
Producing, checking and delivering various reports.Producingreports relating to energy budgets, savings and performance in line with clientspecification. Where reports areproduced by other departments, ensuring clients receive regular and bespokereports on time and without mistakes.
Data administration: collecting and filingdata, ensuring data bases, internal screens and online tools are well maintained.
Guiding customers through the negotiation of theirelectricity and gas contracts: Supporting client (S) RM in managing tendersincluding liaising with operational departments, suppliers and clients to ensurecompleteness of tenders.
Post tendering support: Production anddelivery of post tendering support, contracts are properly implements acrossall systems; bill validation/bespoke reports are checked and delivered in atimely manner to clients.
Market changes and regulations: Keeping up todate with and understanding all changes within the industry and communicatingthem to clients when required.
Expanding customer knowledge in the electricity andgas fields: Through education continueto build the value of Accenture and all activities that we carry out to ensurethat customers fully appreciate the service. This includes reading the dailyand weekly price briefings and being able to form and offer opinions.
Other responsibilities: - Complete all other tasksas appropriate to the role and as requested by the (S) RM or Team Manager.
Experience & Skill Set:
At least 1 year experience in a customer service oraccount management role preferably within the energy industry
Proficient in both spoken and written English &French
Good organisational skills
Highly numerate
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook,Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Able to relate to IT systems well
Confident telephone manner
Able to multi-task and prioritise their workload
Proven customer service experience and the abilityto deliver good services in a timely manner
Qualifications:
A business related qualification would represent anadvantage.
