Analytical skills in Business process Analysis in the Human Resources or Payroll field. Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry. Identifies client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules as well as applies project standards.
Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management.
Manages resources allocation and task distribution in accordance with project schedule.
Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients based on company methodologies and best practices.
Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
Identifies critical issues with ease.
Exhibits confidence and knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems.


CERINTE

Bachelor’s degree and University/Master title preferred.
SAP or PSFT expertise is necessary.
Business Process Design and re-engineering in Business process Outsourcing environments.
More than 5 years’ experience in Business Processes Analysis.
Language skills: Fluent English and one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish
HR and or Payroll background
Call centre environment knowledge
Strong cultural skills by having participated in multi country projects.
Microsoft Office 2007 advanced user.
Microsoft Project 2007 basic knowledge
Microsoft Visio design tool is an asset.
