The role: HR administrative assistant with German and English
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
May perform one or more of the following:
Provides advanced and diversified administrative support to one of our business unit’s HR team requiring regular use of independent discretion and judgment.
Conducts research, assembles and analyzes data to prepare reports and documents.
Liaising with our employees on HR matters
Working on procedures
Other tasks as assigned
Proficiency in German and English;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (preferably pivot tables, VisualBasic and Macro’s)
Knowledge of contact center processes
