delivers recruitment projects and performs interviews with candidates in order to assess qualifications, skills and previous employment to enable the best job matching;
proactively sells candidates to appropriate companies and follows-up on this activity;
keeps necessary statistics for every realized project, based on accepted indicators;
develops a positive and lasting relationships with local clients and candidates in the labour market;
works towards acquisition of new contracts and commercial activities;
knows the job market, its needs and potential;
knows the commercial objectives of the branch and is responsible for the implementation of the sales budget, prepares offers and negotiates contracts;
management of the personnel administration process under specific internal procedures of the Beneficiary / Client Company according with the labor legislation;
prepares the employee personal file, keep the track of holliday, medical leave, meal tickets and any others documents manadatory by labor law;
any other duties in the field of personnel administration and related fields, which will be set by direct supervisor will, to ensure proper management's performance in the Iasi branch of Adecco;
specific reports upon request;
• minimum 5 years of proven success in recruitment (IT positions would be an advantage) and personnel administration
• experience in a direct search (head hunt) would be an advantage
• sales experience in HR services
• practical knowledge on methods of recruitment and selection
• very good knowledge of a wide variety of recruitment tools
• labour law knowledge
• extrovert personality, professional appearance
• flexibility, ability to work under stress
• customer, service & sales orientation
• P&L orientation, competitive approach
• advanced English proficency
• MS Office(Excel, Word, Power Point)
