Adecco Human Resources is looking for its client, a multinational american company, the most preferred engineering provider for the auto components, a HR Development Coordinator for the plant located in Iasi.
Responsibilities:
- Training needs assessment, development and implementation of training and development plans, working with the company’s department and with various external suppliers.
- Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps.
- Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs.
- Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs.
- Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional training design.
- Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, on-the-job coaching.
- Track and report on training outcomes & support current on training design and methodology.
- Coordinate off-site training activities for employees.
- At least 3 years of experience in a multinational company, delivering trainings and having an important expertise in this area.
- Excellent organizational, planning, communication and relationship skills.
- Proactive person and open minded.
