Provide comprehensive HR management support to all functions;
Provide local expertise in areas such as legislation, culture, employment practices and labour market;
Drive and lead the development and implementation of HR policies and processes;
Provide advice, guidance, and coaching to management on all HR matters;
Support functional managers in selection, performance management, individual development plans, 360 degree reviews, mentoring, training delivery, communications, talent assessment and leadership coaching in a leadership development environment;
Manage all aspects of employee relations; address employee concerns, conduct internal reviews and implement the necessary resolutions or corrective actions;
Ensure and drive productivity programs from an HR standpoint – manage and monitor headcount and wage cost in order to facilitate effective cost management in line with expectations;
Facilitate communications throughout the organization including employee surveys;
Drive HR compliance and ensure standardization and consistency of processes.
Higher education (HR, psychology or business management);
Minimum 5 years of work experience in similar position, in an international environment;
Fluent English (written and spoken);
Very good knowledge of MS Office;
Very good knowledge on HR practices, labour law;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, very well organized;
Leadership skills.
