• HR administration activities: maintaining personnel files with all relevant records; ensuring job descriptions are prepared, up-to-date and relevant;
• Recruitment and selection activities: preparing job advertisements and ensuring that their distribution is appropriately targeted; managing the selection and interview process;
• Career development activities: clarifying the strengths of employees, individual career planning according to the needs of the company development;
• Advising and consulting the management on all aspects of people management issues in order to identify and develop the appropriate HR interventions, solutions, programs and projects;
• Implementing HR policies and procedures as well as monitoring the effectiveness of these programs;
• Participating in all actions organized by the HR department.
• At least of 3 years experience in HR activity in a software company (experience in an international environment will be a plus);
• Experience in recruitment and selection of employees, HR administration and payroll;
• Degree in Psychology, Sociology, HR Management;
• Training courses in HR Administration, Labor Law and Payrolls;
• Extremely good communication skills;
• Strong sense of self-discipline and be well organized;
• Excellent consulting and facilitation skills.
