Human Resources Supervisor
We are looking for an HR Supervisor for one of our major internal clients. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a range of skills and abilities gained through experience in a similar client/supplier facing role, and able to display their ability to work under pressure in a new and evolving environment whilst meeting service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Our future colleague will:
Manage one or more HR functions and/or business operations;
Directs the planning, development, implementation and administration of HR programs and initiatives at the business unit or division level;
Facilitate organization and leadership development efforts;
Establish functional business plans and provide guidance for the development and alignment of HR staff, programs and services to achieve organizational objectives.
Advise company management on HR policies and programs, making or recommending appropriate decisions consistent with organization’s strategic direction.
Complete other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bi-lingual (English is compulsory; French/ Spanish/ German would be a plus)
Decision making skills
Problem solving approach
IT literate, particularly intermediate/advanced MS Excel and Database skills
University educated
Calm under pressure
Work on own initiative
Ability to grasp concepts quickly
Able to understand the Xerox Services business and HRS offering
Able to understand the client outsourcing drivers
