Our future colleague will:
Manage one or more HR functions and/or business operations;
Directs the planning, development, implementation and administration of HR programs and initiatives at the business unit or division level;
Facilitate organization and leadership development efforts;
Establish functional business plans and provide guidance for the development and alignment of HR staff, programs and services to achieve organizational objectives.
Advise company management on HR policies and programs, making or recommending appropriate decisions consistent with organization’s strategic direction.
Complete other duties as assigned
Both English and German are compulsory; an additional language would be a plus)
