• Configuring, Maintaining & supporting network infrastructure and IP phone equipment
• Troubleshooting network and IP phone issues
• Gathering, analyzing network equipment logs to troubleshoot issues and improve network performance.
• Configuring, maintaining and supporting network infrastructure components involving VPN, Wifi, Adsl, mpls, routing, subneting.
• Perform internal and external audits related to IT infrastructure
• Avaya CMS maintenance and support
- experience in IT network infrastructure position
- good communication skills
- Fluent English language
- Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting Cisco devices
- Ability to read and understand system and network traffic data including security event logs, system logs, application logs
- Knowledge of VOIP technology (Avaya, CMS systems)
- Knowledge and utilization of security tools
- Experience with internal/external audits and self-assessments
- Very good troubleshooting skills and problem solving abilities
Nice to have:
- Network certification on professional level in any of paths offered by Cisco (CCNP or CCNP+S preferred)
- Security Industry certifications
