Provide administrative and first level employee support on a broad range of HR matters (mainly Employee relations). The position offers the opportunity to become familiar with various HR areas, performing the following activities:
• Update personal files, on a daily basis, based on the information given by the employees, HR admin colleagues or HR Supervisor, in order to maintain data in accordance with the procedures of personnel management, and consistency treatment of all employees.
• Answer general questions and inquiries in various areas of Human Resources to employees and supervisors
• Create standard employment contracts, Job Descriptions and perform all future labor documents as per ee lifecycle
• Deliver various employee certificates upon request
• Prepare and deliver specific reports as requested by external offices such as : AJOFM; ITM; DSP
• Maintains databases and employee records, and provides information to employees on matters pertaining to personnel forms and records
• Perform all necessary activities related to standard internal archiving process
• Supports employees and supervisors on standard HR questions
• Contributes to HR process standardization and harmonization across the related groups
• Maintains and develops a knowledge database for frequently asked HR questions across the related groups
• All other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
• Internship or professional experience in either / and Customer Service, HR , Business Administration,
• University degree
• Good communication skills in English (written / phone) and good Italian
• Proficient in using MS Office (especially MS Excel, Word and Outlook
• Able to understand various HR systems and their key functionalities quickly (system literate) and HR Processes
• Able to understand Labor law (basic) and employment contract
